To promote the safety and welfare of guests, the grounds and our neighbors, we ask the following conditions to be followed:

1. Special Event Liability Insurance may be requested of the rental party at the discretion of Bella Fiori Gardens. Event liability insurance may be purchased from Wedsafe at www.wedsafe.com or may be added as a rider on your homeowner's policy.
2. To protect our guests, resident wildlife, and fragile plants, minor children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on Bella Fiori Gardens grounds unless the rental party has secured a current Banquet Permit and Special Event Liability Insurance. No "hard" liquor will be allowed at any time.
4. All music must end by twilight, or 10:00 pm at the latest depending upon the season. To limit noise, live music may be allowed only at the discretion of Bella Fiori Gardens management.
5. Any candles must be completely contained to prevent wax from dripping on the table linens.
6. The rental party is responsible for cleaning up any decorations or other material brought onto the premises by any party other than Bella Fiori Gardens.
7. No sports equipment is allowed on garden property, including footballs, soccer balls or volleyballs.
8. No poppers, confetti or confetti-like material is allowed on garden property.
9. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
10. Prices quoted include events up to 200 guests. Events over 200 guests may be accommodated, but will incur additional costs.
